Returns & exchanges

We are very sorry, due to the nature of the personal care products we carry, we do not offer returns for refund, or returns for exchange. The nature of each product does not allow for it to be returned due of quality standards. Bath & body products can't be returned elsewhere and we are no exception.

We know the reason for buying homemade beauty products is because they are better for you. This is why we only use the purest ingredients in our products. If you have any questions regarding what ingredients we use, please contact us. If you have any allergies/sensitive skin, please review our ingredients before purchasing. We cannot be held liable for any allergic reaction and/or irritation.

A note on scent strength. Everyone is different, some may have a very sharp sense of smell while others have a duller sense. Due to this fact, it's pretty much impossible to please everyone with the same amount of scent. 

Small batch method. We hand-make all of our products in small batches to ensure freshness. Each batch will vary slightly.

Lost or damaged. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail but can do everything we can do to help! In the event that your item arrives damaged, please proceed to the Post Office, UPS or FedEx (whichever one we shipped with), bring the entire package including all wrapping, and file the necessary paperwork. 

If an order is returned to us due to a wrong address, we will make every effort to contact you for a new address.  If we do not get a response to resolve the issue, you will receive a refund minus shipping charges + a 20% restocking fee.
